Very simple temperature limiting thermostats that limit the heat to 70, 71 or 73 degrees (depending on which model) and the air conditioning to 72, 73 or 76 degrees (Depending on which model).....No programming, Wire for wire replacement, Absolutely tamper proof....That’s all there is to it !
Don't be fooled by other "Tamper Proof" thermostats. If a security code is needed to secure it, what is to stop your tenants from searching the internet or buying the same one and reading how to change the code ? Our thermostats were engineered with unchangeable set point limits. The highest heat and lowest A/C limit is programmed in the printed circuit board. The limits cannot be changed by anyone.....Not Even Us ! Those simple facts save landlords and property managers literally millions of dollars every year.Completely tamperproof.
